The process has five stages.
City council: Explains the need, location and people the service should reach.
AEVAC: Helps clarify the need and the complete passenger journey.
City council: Sets the service goals and conditions.
AEVAC: Advises on and applicable standards.
City council: Prepares the procurement documents and selects suppliers.
AEVAC: Reviews , including accessibility criteria.
City council: Manages the required authorisations and service launch.
AEVAC: Advises the team and reviews the planned passenger journey.
City council: Reviews the results and explains them to residents.
AEVAC: Helps review accessibility and explain what was learnt.
